The Chattanooga Convention Center was host to the 52nd annual O'Reilly Auto Parts World of Wheels Custom Auto show, starting on Friday, January the 10th and ran through the 12th, 2020. The show is produced by, MotorSports Production, Inc. The specialty vehicles attending this year included Hot-Rod's, Race Cars, Custom Imports, Antique and Classic Cars, and Motorcycles, plus , Special Feature Cars. This event is the largest Chattanooga indoor custom car show and enjoys the participation of many of the local enthusiasts who proudly exhibit the vehicles they have invested lots of time and love in, and for some that is a "years long investment". Along with the locals are many exhibitors that come from across the country to show their vehicles and compete for plaques and cash awards on a local , regional and national level. The quality and workmanship shown on these awesome vehicles is truly a work of art.

The event is sanctioned by the International Show Car Association (ISCA) and is judged by a professional staff brought in from two (2) different states. In addition to the cash and prizes won at this show, many of these vehicles will accumulate points that can be used to qualify them for the National Championship where cash and prizes total over $100,000.00!

Gold Star "Street" Competition is designed for those who own street driven custom vehicles and want to show them off but prefer to not have the undercarriage judged. The Gold Star Street Series is only judged on paint, body, interior and engine. Special Gold Star Trophies were awarded to winners in every class.

Attractions and Entertainment this year included, Rob Wolfe from the History Channel top hit show, "American Pickers". Rob was there on stage to meet and greet the fans and sign autographs on Friday night. Saturday and Sunday, the stage was taken over by Kevin "Kev Dog" Schiel from Kindigit Designs and the top rated Motortrend TV show.

The Porsche Cayman S, driven by Gal Gadot in the "Fast and the Furious" was there all weekend for folks to drool over.

And the ever popular, "Von Hot Rod" , West Coast Pin Stripping Master from California was on hand all weekend to pin stripe just about anything the fans brought before him.

There was even some really cool stuff to entertain the little ones as "Olaf" made his way around the show all weekend along with a different "Transformer" each day that would interact with the fans, and the amazing Star Wars characters of the 501st Legion and Mid South Garrisons own Mos Nooga Squad. These true-life characters enjoyed walking around the show greeting the fans and having their picture made with them.
