First annual One Eighty church "Cruising for Christ" motorcycle ride on Saturday 5/18/19 was a great success.

We could not have painted a more beautiful day to ride and to have fun and fellowship.

Registration started at 8:15 and at first it was looking like there wasn't going to be many show up, then closer to KSU they started rolling in. As we started our ride at 9:30am we left with 30 motorcycles and 49 people.

As we headed north on highway 11 with the help of the Springville police department, it was a sight to see with a line of motorcycles all riding to reach one more for Jesus Christ.

We made our way up highway 11 to highway 77 in Attalla and made our first stop at the Pilot truck stop. From there Attalla sheriffs department carried us to Ohatchee where St. Clair Co. Sheriffs department lead us across the Neely Henry dam into Ragland to the Restoration church where pastor Jack and his church welcomed us with cold water and soft drinks.

After a brief visit there; St Clair Co. sheriffs dept. lead the way down County Rd 26 through Shoal Creek on our way back to One Eighty church where there was lunch, door prizes and a 50/50 drawing waiting for us.

At the end of the ride I feel we had Gods blessings on the ride and we were able to raise over $1000 for our Celebrate Recovery program.

Thanks to Riders Harley-Davidson Trussville, Kenny’s Cycle Pell City, Bates HD Sales Oneonta, Images in Ink Odenville, Cracker Barrel Moody, O’Reilly’s Moody, Advance Auto Springville, Springville Cafe, Sherrys Diner Trussville, all the rider's and a host of others that donated door prizes. Thank you all.
