Our September 2012 cover bike is owned by Robert Vasquez, and his 2004 Custom Buell Streetfighter was selected as one of the winning bikes at our Cover Bike Search at the The Bar in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Dad would cuss under his breath and shut the doors and windows when the neighbor kids would ride their two-stroke dirt bikes in the field across the street. So you can imagine my surprise when he asked me one day if I ever thought about getting one of those. Not a ring-ding as he called them, but a street bike you could take trips on.

Our July 2012 cover bike is owned by Mike McNamara from Kansas City, Missouri, and we had the opportunity to gather some additional information about him and his 2012 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide Custom. We also had the opportunity to shoot Worth Girl Sammi on Mike’s bike for this month’s cover.

Our May 2012 cover bike is owned by my good friend Danny Webb from Kansas City, Missouri. Danny has covered several events for the magazine, and always helps work our booth at all the cover bike & cover model search events we put on in the KC and surrounding area. Danny has put a lot of time and money into his beautiful Street Glide, so we wanted to shoot his bike for this month’s cover. We also decided to shoot Shaunta’ for this month’s cover.

Our April 2012 cover bike is owned by my good friend Dave Baxter, also known as “Stripe.” He is a long time motorcyclist, and has been a photojournalist for Cycle Connections since 2004. He has also contributed photos and articles to print magazines including Easyriders, Biker, In the Wind, V-Twin, and American Iron. He is proud of his 2011 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide, which is beautiful bike. Dale Minton is the owner of our November 2011 cover bike. His 2002 Harley-Davidson Road King Firefighter Edition Trike was selected as the winning bike at our Cover Bike Search at Worth Clearance Center in Grandview, Missouri.
